I hope you are enjoying the summer so far and looking forward to some more warmth and sunshine over the next couple of months. It’s great to see so many people out and about, walking, playing on the beaches and in the water, on bikes and enjoying our lovely area. It reminds me of how lucky we are to live here.

 

Classes have been busy this half term and the current course will finish on Friday July 19th .

 

The next course is for 7 weeks from Monday September 9th to October 25th.

 

Classes are already filling up so please let me know if you would like to reserve your place.

‘Together for Alzheimer’s 5k Run or Walk’

 

Sunday October 13th 2024 Birchwood Tourist Park, Wareham BH20 7PA (or virtually) This is the 17th year we have organised this event to raise awareness and funds for The Alzheimer’s Society. Everyone is welcome from club runners to family walkers and the route takes us through some lovely forest tracks. It would be great if you could get involved by either taking part or joining our team of volunteers to help on the day. We will need help with marshals, registration, photographer, cakemakers and any other way you may be able to help. If you can’t come along on the day, you are very welcome to join us virtually and still support this great event! I have attached an entry form and also a poster for you to display locally if possible. Please spread the word :)
